TESTIMONIALS

Surfside is absolutely fantastic! The first time we met Dennis about a kitchen remodel we were planning, we liked him immediately. They took the time to come up with a thoughtful plan for our family since we were living in our house during the remodel. All the members of their crew were polite, friendly and respectful, we loved having his crew working our house and formed great relationships with all of them. The quality of the work is fantastic. I have two friends in the construction business who came by to look at our kitchen when it was still in process and they thought we had already painted the walls but the level 5 drywall was just so clean and well done, it looked like it had been painted. They gave us advice along the way on how to deal with our architect and the city, they reused a lot of materials from our 1908 Craftsman home to help the remodel fit seamlessly into the rest of our house and presented great ideas when we came upon unexpected changes during the remodel. Maybe most impressively, they came in on budget and one day ahead of their estimated completion date. Who even does that these days?!? We absolutely love our kitchen, it has transformed how we live in our house and we get compliments all the time on the quality of work.We cannot wait to hire Surfside Renovations for our next project and I recommend them to anyone considering a remodel, large or small!

We had a great experience working with Dennis and the whole Surfside Renovations crew on our basement remodel. Dennis was wonderful to work with from start to finish and was especially helpful with all of the paperwork and logistics of getting our permits sorted out. Dennis and his team were professional, reliable, and hardworking, and they did a beautiful job on the project. Dennis was an excellent communicator, always easy to reach by phone or email, responsive to our ideas, and kept us up to date and informed throughout the project. He did a great job on finding custom high quality lighting solutions for our wet bar and was always looking to deliver a top quality result for our project.
We especially appreciated how Dennis was able to roll with problems as they came up. If something couldn’t be done the way we originally planned, he always had a good alternative and helped us figure out the best way forward. Overall, Dennis was a pleasure to work with, and we’re beyond happy with how everything turned out. We are happy to recommend him and his crew and would gladly work with him on future projects.

Our designer referred us to Surfside Renovations. We used them for a kitchen and bath remodel that expanded into a larger project that touched almost every room in our house. Dennis and Dustin did a fantastic job. Dennis gave us a thorough schedule and budget breakdown in advance. They worked with us to give us prompt quotes for changes throughout the process and they completed on time and on budget. Dustin is a master craftsman who does amazing work. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again.
